The Ab Press Use it all Day– Non-intrusive – For Beginners or Advanced Users

The Ab Press is a new and tested invention to shed inches off your stomach throughout your normal day. The inventor, Donna, has used an early prototype variation of this device and has lost three inches off her stomach! It is simple to use and easily adjustable. The device offers back support since typically when training the body the back and core are the most important parts. By supporting the back, it helps to support the rest of the body including the muscles in the stomach. There are two places to make size adjustments, the set in the back which shouldn’t need to be adjusted often, and then the finer adjustments with the hook on the elastic bands in the front. This allows a very wide range of sizes to be considered. Ideally, this would still need to come in a few additional sizes, but each main size would account for many in between sizes.

This invention is mostly made of thin, breathable cloth to keep the person from sweating and to allow it to be less intrusive. It would also ideally come in natural skin tone colors so it can be worn under normal every day clothing. The front is comprised of a hard plastic to keep the tension on the Abs with a soft, thin, padding on the backside to keep it comfortable on the skin. Once the device is in place, the idea is to push the stomach muscles outward and the elastic bands will create a strong tension which in return works out the Ab muscles. This motion over time will allow the Abs to develop and shed those inches off. With the Ab Press, you don’t have to set aside time to work out, and do exhaustive exercises that could potentially hurt you over time. Just simply and comfortably workout your stomach throughout your every day.
