About The Invention
For People or Animals – Stay Warm in Cold Conditions – Solar Powered
Solar Gloves and Socks are a solution for people that need dexterity while working in a cold outside climate. These gloves are thinner and give you better use of your fingers in cold weather. This is achieved by heating the fingers using a web of wires through the gloves. Heat is provided by batteries in the accompanying vest/jacket. The jacket connects to the gloves with a provided wire and plug. The jacket’s batteries are also recharged by the solar panels on the jacket while you are outside. The jacket can also be plugged in at night to start the day with the batteries fully charged providing many hours of heat to the gloves. The pants and socks work in a similar fashion. Simply plug the cable from the pants into the socks to provide heat from the battery in the pants. The batteries for the pants are also solar powered and wall chargeable.
The solar battery vest and pants are thin and meant to be worn over existing coats and pants. They are loose fitting, thin, waterproof and come in bright orange and yellow colors as to be useful as cautionary clothing. The vests can also be clear when the clothing underneath needs to be seen. The vest and pants are comprised of a thin waterproof plastic that houses a solar collector, rechargeable batteries and a cable that connects to the gloves and socks. The socks and gloves are made of a breathable material that helps prevent overheating. The wires that run throughout are especially focused on the extremities such as fingertips and toes. This helps keep fingers warm to perform delicate tasks. There is also a vest option for dogs. It also has a rechargeable battery which is solar powered but also wall chargeable. This product would be relatively low cost on the retail shelf and could sell in any big box, and specialty, stores making it a high volume sales product.

About the Inventor
Emmanuel Thomas
“Solar Suit”
The inventor, Emmanuel Thomas III, lives in Sleepy Hollow Illinois and had an idea for a better way to stay warm while working in the cold. Emmanuel contacted the Mars Rising Network and had a provisional and design patent application filed and had the invention designed properly so that he may see success with this great idea and turn it into a real product. He is actively seeking a company that would have an interest in licensing the product for a royalty.
