Communis Smart App is an app that is both revolutionary and convenient to use. It is an app that will give the user the power to communicate without limits. For Functionality, the app is easy to use due to its three simple features. The first feature is the Synthetic Voice Simulator that will assist the deaf and a foreign person to communicate by translating their native language to whatever languages they wish it to be translated. It also has the ability to create different voices which can be personalized to their liking. As for the deaf, Communis Smart has the capability to translate from Text to Speech or vice versa. The second feature is called the Emergency Module. It is a special Module in a sense that it uses a script for a specific event where the user chooses an event that pertains to the situation of the user. If a user needs a script for a Dental appointment for example, the user can choose from a number of list of possible events. The module contains thousands of pre-programmed responses that will assist the user in every possible encounters.

The third feature of Communis Smart App is video communication. Like Facetime and Skype it allows the user to communicate with another person via video but unlike Skype or Face time, Communis Smart app has Closed Caption features and Language translations capabilities. The deaf person that wishes to speak to a hearing person can do so by texting and it will pop up on the hearing person end in closed caption. The hearing person can either text it on the phone to respond or he or she can speak on the phone and it will open up on the other side as closed caption.
